Do you offer assembly services?

Yes! We offer professional assembly services for all furniture purchases. You can add assembly service during checkout or select our White Glove Delivery option, which includes full assembly, placement in your desired room, and removal of all packaging materials. Our experienced technicians ensure your furniture is assembled correctly and safely. Assembly typically adds 1-2 hours to the delivery appointment depending on the complexity of the furniture.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items:

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials
  • Return shipping fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

What warranty coverage do you provide?

  • Mechanisms: 2 years on recliners, sleeper mechanisms, and adjustable components

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents. Extended warranty plans are available at checkout for additional peace of mind.
